Pico de Gallo (Fresh Salsa)

Disclaimer: Only eat fresh. Do not save any after the meal.

  • 2 to 3 medium fresh tomatoes (1 to 1 1/2 pounds), stems removed

  • 1/2 medium red or white onion

  • 1 green and 1 yellow pepper

  • 1/2 a lemons juice

  • salt and pepper

  1. dice tomatoes

  2. dice red onion

  3. dice peppers

  4. Add all the diced veggies into one bowl and pour lemon juice and salt and pepper over it.

  5. Toss the mixture and serve
